Our love for this enchanting destination goes way back - with many vacationing together and beautiful memories cherished by both of our families. Puerto Vallarta holds a special place in our hearts, as it was where my husband spent his childhood vacationing with his family and spent a bit of time bartending when he was 19 years old just north of our property at GiraSol Sur Condominiums. Our ties to the area run deep, and we still love to visit the restaurant where he worked and catch up with his old co-workers. (yes, a few of them are still there. ) 

With the dream of owning a home in paradise, we planned to search for the perfect property during our spring break trip in 2020. However, like many others, our plans took an unexpected turn due to the global pandemic. Undeterred, we embarked on an online quest and stumbled upon this gem - Casa Tranquila.

In late 2020, we decided to take the plunge, and we couldn't be happier with our decision. This beautiful condo checked all the boxes we could have wanted. Situated on our favorite beach, Playa Gemelas, it offers the perfect escape - away from the touristy hustle and bustle yet only a 10-minute bus ride into old town, where the finest restaurants await.

The spacious layout of Casa Tranquila allows us to enjoy the company of our family and friends, creating cherished moments and new traditions. As our primary home is in the PNW, where we run an insurance business and cheer on the Seahawks, Casa Tranquila is our haven - a serene retreat where we find respite, relaxation, and joy.
